Chef Teeka, a native of Hopkinsville, graduated from Austin Peay State University’s culinary program in December 2011. One year later she opened her first restaurant which actually created a new found love for catering. With this love, she decided to close the restaurant in 2014 and just strictly cater- thus The Southern Belle Catering Co. was birthed. 

 

Chef Teeka has had the honor and pleasure to cook for celebs such as Stedman  (Oprah’s Boo) during her catering career. 

 

The catering company is still going strong and in addition Chef and her husband Paul has added 2 other additions - THE SOUTHERN BELLE DELI and THE SOUTHERN BELLE CAFE. 

 

The deli is located downtown Hopkinsville and serves gourmet sandwiches, salads, desserts, and more with a GRAB~N~GO concept. The cafe offers a  DINE IN concept with a menu of southern classics. 

 

Teeka and Paul love what they do. They started a ministry called Operation:Warm Bellies in December 2020 to feed the less fortunate of their community.    They plan to open more establishments in the future and be a blessing to even more.
